Yep... tidy original low mileage 205s with history are going for strong money these days.
Problem is that the knock on effect is that lower down the market people are thinking that tired shite is worth thousands and the price of spares is heading through the roof as well.
A far cry from how things were a few years back when values and parts availability was more like what 306s are today. A tidy low mileage and unmolested GTi6 or Rallye is probably a very smart buy I'd say
