Yeah, 4.5k is about your limit really, if it's burning clean, you've got a bit of scope to up the fuel a bit more, I was running 22psi on my old Lucas and T2 after tweaking the pump and turbo, coaled a bit off boost, with a light haze on blow. Had room to turn it up further, but I was being cautious with it, as it was my daily, and only vehicle, so I needed to keep it reliable.
If you followed Darren's vid, you've already had a fairly decent introduction to diesel tuning, but there is loads of info for you to read through on here, as well as a wealth of knowledgeable members, so if you have any questions you can't find the answers to, don't hesitate to ask.
