Only experience is in my mx5, did a whole track day at Palmers on 1 year old rainsport 3's, nothing too bad happened to them, still have them on the car now but the rears are nearly finished 12+ months later. Was a wet day though!
Just go for it, the car will tell you when the tyres need a break if you keep pushing they'll die quick if you stop and let them cool they'll keep going all day...
I don't think driving past the limit of tyres will be rewarding anyway, you'll just under-steer everywhere.
Not sure if you plan on taking breaks, but found for me 15 on 5 off then repeat was comfortable. We drove the car 8am till 5pm, did something like 300 miles that day on track.
