So it transpires that poor meggy needs proper DCi CUP spec shock absorbers.. bloody renaultsport doing a proper job of things eh
Suspension i ordered is completely wrong, should of done my homework! but been chatting to a bit of an expert with this exact model megane and purchased his DCi CUP spec shocks with h&r 25mm springs
suspension sorted!
Also giving the shortshift mod a bash tonight:

As you can see, by placing another identical balljoint on the gear arm just ever so slightly further along than the original shortens the gear throw by around 40-50% which should make a nice positive difference to the gearchange
Also doing pads all round tonight and gonna replace a few vac pipes ive noticed wearing thin near the bulkhead. busy night in the unit tonight!
