Alot of it is done on the local area, How many of that car is in the local area, and the crime/accident rate compared in that area on that car.
So if it is super common, expect to pay a little more, if it is rarer to see (i.e a cabby) then it should in theory be a little cheaper, that is what she said to me any how on how they tend to work out costings
