the XU10J4RS engine Manual states
for oil at 80c
1000rpm = 1 bar oil pressure
2000rpm = 3.5 bar oil pressure
4000rpm = 5.5 bar oil pressure
oil relief spring is set to 6.5 bar max
my rebuilt engine with a std oil pump maintains these pressures very well with good castrol edge 5-40 fully synthetic oil with temps of 100c on track
yes where i have tapped into the block there is a blank plug you remove so is reversible
