Being a phase 1 this will be the 1.8 8V which arent particularly common over here. Good luck with the rust on the chassis rails! they all go there.
To be fair I'm yet to test the seats, maybe it's just a panel with the buttons there! Kinda bummed it's 'only' an 8V but right now the priority indeed is the chassis rails - MOT (well, it's equivalent here) is due at the end of March and that would be an instant fail. Other little things like door handle or windscreen jets are relatively easily fixable... Good thing old cars as this one aren't required a cat as someone has been at it already on this one too Big Grin

Good to know it's not the only one Big Grin I did check out another 306 just before this one and it was a proper beater. It was a 1.6, had interior trim missing and was a hacked mess in general, the gear stick was like stirring tea with a noodle. Happy I ended up with the one I did.
