Decent Low Budget Smart Phone?

If you only send 5 texts a month having any deal with texts seems pointless to me. If I ever run out of credit and need to send the odd text I've used this site for years http://www.cbfsms.com/ theres no signup or login required so sounds like something that you may use?
Then just go for a data only package? |
