total quartz 9000 5/40 is recommended by Peugeot you may find the engine will rattle or leak on it, if its not been used to synthetic oil
if so use total quartz 7000 10/40 which is semi synthetic also recommended by Peugeot
the semi synthetic is slightly cheaper
if you want to run a flush
ive used Wynn's Engine Flush
dont drive the car with it in just run it till hot then dump the oil
im currently using Castrol Edge Titanium 5W40
