If he's blocked you both on Facebook you can open a dispute on PayPal which usually solves any dispute Aslong as you paid for goods or services.
I don't see why you even drove with it fitted though if it was so clearly fouling on the trial fit. Not exactly hard to remove a strut brace [emoji14]
