My bad! it does look ph2 with half rounded foglights.
But yeah ph2/3 headlights use seperate H7 bulbs for dip / main and the ph3 'crystal' headlights have much better looking clear covers and look really good with the inner masks sprayed black
If i was given that dturbo to improve i would definitely put some ph3 sideskirts on, fix the filler flap, ph3 colour coded side trims, ph3 bonet and bumpers then just work on getting it really really tidy and mechanically sound Maybe some GTi6 front breaks (283mm discs) to add to the recipe
