I went to a well known local diesel specialist where i live the other day to price up a turbo and they quoted £400 plus vat and that was for a reconditioned turbo with what they call a fitting kit, that doesn't include fitting or possible intake cleaning if the oil has gone through the intake. I'll see what these guys say at AET then price up someone to do the job.
£400 for a recon turbo, and i'd assume warranty, and fitted?? That's a pretty decent price to be fair.
As for intake oil - it's pretty normal to have oil through there and you could clean it yourself? or ask nicely and they'll do it i expect.
Diablo Hdi Dturbo and 205 1.9 project - it lives!
