I've grown up around mental health issues with a manic depressive mother and grandmother, sister suffering from anxiety and depression and mine and my dads anger issues, so it makes a lot of sense to me. There isn't enough support offered to prevent people breaking down unfortunately, it's a case of "Come back when you've gone off the deep end"
For someone with anger issues i must say you were amazingly calm when i hit you with that bottle lid at pugfest

I think my hasty 'Hold my stuff i've now gotta do an egg & spoon race' helped though
