UPDATE!
After thinking it was a HP pump issue i simply didn't have the time to fix it myself, dropped it off at a good friends garage, told them to fit a cambelt, waterpump and HP pump replacement and send me the bill....
Really really glad they decided im a 'tard and looked at it first! turns out ECU was fried so changed ecu and key chip etc and shes a runner
now in daily use and only owes me £500. I still haven't put any fuel in it as it came with half a tank
