Changing the channel seems to have helped the internet for now -

BUT resetting the router always did the same thing, so will have to wait until the next start to see if that's improved! Then I can work on the laptop performance issues.
There were 2 locally on channel 1 (mine and another) and 3 locally on 11 (they must have problems!?) so have set mine to 6.
