Anyone had problems with parcel monkey before?

I booked a courier for yesterday with parcel monkey. Was dx couriers, and they haven't collected it. I try to track it and they have no information about my parcel? I have an invoice etc. 
just annoys me that it wasn't collected. They said it would be collected next day and that's why I used them. Also cannot contact them as they are closed till Monday!
