Lol, not dealt with Ford have you Niall? Some of the ongoing complaints on the Ford forum are laughable tbh... People never get anywhere with Ford CS, I'd never buy a new one! One of the main ones has traded his new car in for a different model because Ford say it's normal to have a rattly turbo on a brand new car... Another one is clunky gearboxes on some of the newer models, Ford say their gearboxes are clunky and that it's normal... Seriously!?
