I singed the outer tube to loosen the rubber, then sawed/pulled the rubber of, then ground one side of the inner tube until I could remove it easily.
Getting the new bits in place required a bit more, class...
Tinkerer of 306gti6 trackday racer, less stuff, more hard, more umpf, more stop.
