you dont really need it, but it will either be on the door or the strut tower, often on the rear face in the scuttle panel on the nearside.
also if you enter your vin into servicebox you will find it in the characteristics section.

and lastly, just look at the car, if it has EBD there wont be a load compensator on the axle, so you need two identical rear hoses, if its an earlier car it'll have odd sized hoses left to right, the short hose is the same for both setups.
water pump has no changes, same as the DW8 pump too.
