Tbqh they'll probably understand about as much or as little as each other, but a knocking noise is a knocking noise, if you know what i mean. It really is luck of the draw, best bet is to go somewhere recommended, even then there's no guarantees. Perhaps go to a Peugeot specialist as they'll have more experience of the engine.
Great info thanks mate. I am going to get it looked at soon got a few places round me that are pretty decent.
