Am I being out of order?

Right so just got back from the missus and I'm fuming.
Basically, we're going on holiday next march. She couldn't afford it but because I'm a top bloke I said I would pay for her. This was on the condition that if he gets any lumps of spare cash, she pays some towards her half of the holiday. Fair?

So she's paid 500 quid towards it leaving me with just shy of 2k to pay by November. She told me the other day that she will have a spare £500 soon to put towards it. Brilliant!
Go round there tonight and she's talking to her rents about their holiday which is a week after we get back from ours. Turns out she's now practically decided that she's going to florida with her rents( as it will be the last family holiday she goes on) using the 500 she was going to put towards our holiday plus what ever else she gets between now and then.

Now I did say that I would pay for her IF she doesn't get any spare money towards it but as far as I'm concerned, that takes the piss a bit!
