Spot whats wrong here
Yep, vacuum operated diaphragm full of oil and leaking air when I tested it.
Can't really say Id look forward to changing another anytime soon with how hard it was to access (very bruised and scratched hand and forearms lol) but all worth the trouble with how it drives now
The diaphragm is attached to a plate on the bottom of the cylinder head with all the egr pipes, air intake, brake lines, master cylinder, bulkhead etc etc in the way
Oh and I smashed the cat internals out the other morning, sounds quite beefy now :p
Job for this week is finding somewhere to subtly mount a boost gauge, as running the high boost map file with no way to monitor whats going on concerns me
