I'm not saying eat only junk food to lose weight.
My point is eat what you already eat but just check the calorie content and track your calories so your body uses more calories daily than you put in.
The reason newbie's find it so difficult and confusing when trying to get in shape is they get bombarded with people telling them to completely change their diet; to eat only fruit and veg with no snacks or food they like inc junk food.
Go to the gym, exercise and eat what you enjoy in moderation. Simples
