If you can find a healthy convenience food I'd be interested to know what! Most of my food is shit purely based on convenience and I'm really trying to change that. Im not fussed about putting muscle on, or losing weight, but I am bothered about the amount of saturated fat I get through....in one meal I had 110% of my GDA of saturated fat...that cant be good!
