bollocks.

its a pressurised cooling system, 1.4 bar peak release pressure, boiling point at that pressure of plain water is 128 degrees, proper coolant will be a little higher again.
need a part number? http://public.servicebox.peugeot.com/ and http://service.citroen.com/ will sort you out.
