Glow plug Amps

I'm planning on putting a second set on my HDI so it warms up quicker.

So standard with both on is approx 80A and you want to double up to 160A ?

So.... Alternator puts out what at peak standard?
And you're uprating your battery cables (and ground) too ?

I think the HDI alternator has a 160amp rating but I have up rated cables because of audio gear.

With decent plugs you should get heat in the cabin within a few minutes Dee, I don't think it's worth the effort adding another set as well?

I'll have to check them and swap the units or make one good one out of the two units I have.
