what for? you need the code?

Long story its fitted to mates car he's been away and his battery went flat. and radio needed the code which he had, only now the radio stations only appear as "ie" 100.7 not "heart" as they previously did. and between us we cannot figure out what has happened. so we thought maybe a manual would have the answer (s)
