Fair comment.
It might be worth reducing the boost pressure slightly (down to 12-15 psi) to see if it holds more consistently and especially at full throttle up the revs. Either that or not driving it so hard until the exhaust is sorted and you have a better idea of the fueling.
If it is weak mixture that's causing this, you run the risk of burning out/holing a piston.
