wont need 20mm, specifically they will probably bolt on without any especially with just 195 tyres, should really be 205 section tyres on there as well.
I had the ET28 variant on a 309 without spacers at all, only rubbed on the back as it had 205 width, the front fitted fine and the 309 hub has the same spacing from the hub to the strut as a 306.
10-15mm should be the most you need to get it to o.e spacing.
only time you need to go up to 20mm is ford offset wheels (35-38)
