Fed Ex are great 99%+ of the time, but like everyone, they make mistakes or have problems. What happened with your order?

Well to be honest, what the driver actually did was above his duties but could of done it better.
He tried delivering whilst out and could of left it somewhere safe (i checked that option at checkout) but didn't. Took the parcel away but marked it as delivered on the tracking. I got home, no parcel, not with neighbours and the tracking just says delivered. Phoned them for more information and they just said he's delivered it.

Just about to admit defeat and go down halfords and buy some and he turned up and said he's on his way home and thought he would drop it off for me.

Like i say, well above his duties and fair play for that but could of at least put a note on the tracking which i know they can do!
