I know! It's shocking that some people think that the only way to get rid of an old car is to weigh it in, almost every day matts ringing me to say you'll never guess what's just come in haha
Mad that people are prepared to crush perfectly good cars for the sake of £90 or so
what me and my mate used to do, after we robbed what we wanted from the cars, We would go up the hill, where they used to put the cars that were 15 years plus old, and I tell you what, the amount of classics and decent cars that were took up there were unreal!! We saw a Rover P1 that was from a Rover P1 owners club still intact too! not even robbed for bits, a triumph acclaim, ( those are bloody rare!)
that was still intact, sierra that was in mint con, would have made a good body for a cosworth. It was just shocking. We asked about them too, and they used to say, yeah that come in and laugh is lads they are all good runners too! Mind we did see some sheds like! A tarted/boy racer Fiat Cinquecento, that must have been a part ex, Also a Rover 200 1.4 8v that had the ZR body kit with the 160 badge, the lads kept that in for me to have a look at for the crack! we did have a right laugh!
