If you find a bolt big enough, you won't need sealant.
If it's still leaking, take it apart, drain fuel out, clean of fuel, put sealant around threads and put bolt back in... If it's leaking with the bolt in there, putting sealant on there with fuel everywhere will do nothing, it won't seal when there's fuel about, it has to be TOTALLY dry of fuel.
