Sorry Fooby, completely forgotten that I'd posted in here
I can try putting it in to the test socket, BUT - before the master socket is a splitter, which feeds the other sockets in my house. So, it's not likely to make any difference is it?
The splitter was in place before I moved in to the property - I haven't put it there, although it does seem wrong.
So:
Phone and router are both plugged in to one of the slaves, so is it worth trying it anyway?
And then I will ring EE and ask to be switched from FastPath to Interleaved, presumably I need to speak to the technical team?
