Err...have you got PP running on win8?
XP is best for it, I got a cheap used laptop for PP, Galletto, VAGCOM etc and it handles it fine.
You get the cables in the box with PP.....make sure you buy that and not just the software.
Also, '99 will be phase 3 yes.
No not yet im waiting for my laptop to come back from repair.. i take it its a pain then...bugger
