Some good suggestions there Chris! 
I must admit, i did think about club clothing...something to make it clear we're all from the same club. I did see one of the other clubs had a beach theme on the go, with a bag of sand emptied on to a tarp with sandcastles and deckchairs. Also, did i read that right? Our resident officer of the law suggested stealing from the met to benefit a car club?!
