You want the 300A stuff off this page, it's what I used in the battery re-location in my 200sx

They also sell all the connectors, the junction box, battery box and other bits.
I got a circuit breaker from eBay IIRC.

They also do a washer pump & bag kit if you want to remove the stock washer bottle.
