I expect the loom is about to fail though, so I won't risk selling it in case you or anyone else went to the effort of fitting it and then it breaks a week later.
On an unrelated note, anyone know what this is? Looks like it got stuck in the clutch/fly and has spun round the bellhousing wearing it flat!Not sure if its a clutch plate stud or something? Doesn't really matter, I'm just curious lol.

If it is going otherwise going to the scarp could I just pay the postage for it knowing that its sold as on its last legs.
I have just had an idea of a different repair.
Skim the back off a spare plug to reveal the contacts, solder fresh cable, cover in epoxy and hopefully a good as newish plug as all the crappy old cable is gone.
