Guaranteed that's the inlet piping causing that...

The "boost dropping through the RPMs" is the pipes collapsing and restricting the engine, eventually the pipe relieves pressure and then instantly gets sucked back in again.

The reason that the turbos bearings have been damaged so quickly is that there would be an incredible amount of strain on the thurst bearing on one side, which has caused the bearings to fail prematurely.

Get decent inlet piping on the turbo and try again.
