weird ingame mouse problem

alright guys, just started to get back into pcs/gaming, now when i play CSS (counter strike source) when i start a round, my sens is fine, literally 5-10 seconds into the round, its as if my sens drops to like 0.4 or something, ive turned mouse acceleration off ingame to no avail, any ideas??
