The stage 1 map will run fine, but you'll need a stage 2 map if you want the extra power. You can fit a bleed valve, but it shouldn't be necessary if you fit a good turbo. There are lots of turbos out there, many of them could be considered upgrades. Not a lot of people do it yet, so there's no established route as such, but popular ones are the gt20s or a td04.
