Have you slackened the 3 nuts on the pump and tried advancing or retarding it?

If that doesnt work, slacken of the union on 1 injector at a time to see if it stops the knocking.

Yeap, tried that and still knocking, diesel squirting out of each when slackened

Dave = Don't see how it would? was running fine before lucas pump went and as no knocking issues?

You sure you used the bosch lines cos it sounds just like when I got my lines mixed?

Not 100% now, think theyre right, which line is meant to connect to which injector outlet?
