As for the ANPR you cant go anywhere in London without passing through ANPR cameras, you probably wouldn't notice as they don't tend to be as obvious as CCTV cameras.

yeah but all's i'm saying mate is it's still possible to order show plates that look the same at a glance, that's where your argument falls down pissed as a fart . . Smile x
