The only reason I went for dual friction was because its a daily car and I bloody hate paddle clutches with a passion horrible to drive with. The dual friction is an easy driving clutch but will also withhold the power. Im only going stage 2 my self but at least it will last I hope and still be normal to drive. So basically exactly what mcglynn says get all benefits of paddle but not the track style clutch for daily driving. Thats what made me go for it as well as a cheaper price
