It does seem daft yes. But without the full story, you ca only make uneducated assumptions as to why it was left there.


-The owner could have left to go and ring for recovery and had a stroke, leaving him in hospital for the two weeks
-It could be stolen
-It could have been left there as they were with their mistress and didn't want their wife knowing



Outlandish, yes. But without a full story at hand, its hard to say why it was there....
