So you have a work contract, do you also have a Tenancy Agreement?
I think it's a bit rich to consider your situation akin to slavery - you're getting a cushy lifestyle that was your choice to take up. Nobody is forcing you to do anything.
Consider your options, but also consider that most of us on here work many more hours and have much higher outgoings than you do, making you comparatively 'well off'
