If it was a new one and had done less than 2000 miles, it would of been slow. Apparently they have a bed in map as one of my colleagues took his in for repair because it was so slow lol.
Could well have been, all I know is that we were pretty astonished it was the '126' hp because it felt sluggish as fook! 2krpm on the motorway, foot down, barely a shove. My Hdi definitely feels a lot more urgent, I reckon I could have given it a run for its' money and I'm the first to admint my car is sloooow.
As it was a rental, it was very new and on delivery miles. It was black too, so maybe not the quickest colour (red).
On the other hand, we recently hired a Citroen DS4 (massaging seats as standard!) and it had a similar 1.6 diesel engine but felt much more rapid. It was a nicer place to sit than the Kia too, I would be quite happy with one given the money!
