A good way to do it would be to have 2 one pre cooler and one after.
Obviously cheap temp sensors don't work very quickly during hard pulls but you an idea of what's going on.
I have seen 50 degrees on a hot day while boosting in low gears where there's not much flow. One thing I did notice was having a decent flow to the cooler like moving the number plate ect dropped it considerably.
