What rubber do you reckon isn't seating correctly? For the sunroof?

I've never had a sunroof in a pug but from what you said about the leak not being there before the sunroof was replaced, so guessing it's not sealing somewhere since being changed
Any metal work rusted in and around the sunroof area?
