Get a decent one used if that's what you want to do,The pioneers while bassy are very grainy on the vocals. so bad that I confused them for standard speakers, I wanted to upgrade so I could have some decent mid range(?)
What was your reason for swapping out the Pioneers? Vibe aren't great, and just because they're more powerful doesn't mean they're better... I'd have Pioneer over Vibe any day.

If you're after a decent amp though I've got a Genesis profile 4 4 channel amp for sale. 4 x 75w or 2 x 140w bridged. Has filters so that it can run active, which means if you've got components 2 channels power tweeters and 2 the woofers. They are mounted on mdf rings which I don't think are making a perfect air tight seal with the door. If I take it back off put some silicone on the ring and put it back would that help?
I got a 4 channel amp in the boot powering the 6x9's, just want a small 2 channel that I can stuff behind the dash for a tidy install since Im not a ice freak but would like my speakers to sound nice
