It depends...I certainly can't see myself wanting to plod along delivering letters all day for more than a couple of years...
I wanted to switch to mechanics from ICT back in my college days but from everyone I have spoken to/read they say there really isn't any money in general mechanics unless you specialise in something advanced like turbo building or engine mapping.
With the ICT thing the trouble is a lot of low level stuff is "driving a desk" so to speak. What I am more interested in is more networks or even a BT engineer type of thing, something out and about and hands on.
But yeah no, apart from that I don't have any real idea myself either and I am gonna be 24 in November so not old but not getting any younger either! All of my "milestone" ages are used up like 13,18,21, etc, nothing to look forward to anymore
